Aurelion Group limits its active client roster deliberately. The depth of engagement we provide (senior-only teams, full strategic and technical capability, genuine ownership of outcomes) cannot be delivered at scale. We take on a small number of new engagements each year and we are selective about who those are with.
We work with large organisations where AI transformation operates at meaningful scale, typically €250M+ in revenue or equivalent public sector scope, and where leadership is serious about long-term competitive advantage, not short-term optics.
Transformation requires active sponsorship at the C-suite level. If AI is a side project without a champion in the leadership team, we will say so honestly. Our engagements are designed for organisations that are ready to move, not just ready to plan.
We do not deliver strategy documents that sit on shelves. We stay involved through implementation and measure ourselves against business results. Organisations that want validation rather than transformation are not the right fit for us.
We work across competing organisations in the same industries. Absolute discretion is non-negotiable on both sides. Every conversation, every proposal, and every engagement is handled with the confidentiality we would demand if the positions were reversed.
We maintain active teams and client relationships across three major regions.
Our European practice covers the Netherlands, Germany, France, Belgium, and the Nordics. We have deep expertise in EU regulatory frameworks including the AI Act, GDPR, and sector-specific directives.
Our UK practice serves clients across financial services, energy, healthcare, and infrastructure. We understand the post-Brexit regulatory environment and the UK's distinct approach to AI governance.
Our MENA practice is built around the Gulf's ambitious AI and digital transformation agendas. We work with sovereign entities, national champions, and leading private sector organisations across the region.
